While setting up his child’s nursery, lvdst1 became inspired to build a custom crib – and not just any crib! He wanted his newborn to sleep on the moon.

To bring his vision to life, he started with plywood and cut out two crescent shapes.

He traced and sawed out the shapes.

Then he paneled the moon with wood on the sides of the crib.

He assembled each piece with glue and a staple gun.

Next, he just needed to add the final touches.

He added the feet with a drill and broomstick, securing the crib.

Decking out the crib with comfy blankets for his bundle of joy. What do you think of this custom crib? Please share with others who are parents-to-be or enjoy DIY.
